Format
The Journal shall be produced as an electronic online Journal on slaujournals.com with subscription of the African Online Journals. Hard copy format shall be produced for other categories of the audience.

Issues
The Journal shall be produced once every year, and in the month of November. During this month St Lawrence University has the honour of graduating her successful students. This Journal shall be produced to always bless this occasion. It will be availed to each of the graduates some of whom shall have contributed to submitting Journal manuscripts to the year’s issue.

Sustainability
It is always easy to start a Journal but to sustain it is an uphill task. Given the mandate of the University including research and community engagement, and in the spirit of passing out graduates with practical and entrepreneurial skills, student research is taken seriously and shall generate publishable papers.

Such papers shall be annually available to populate this University Journal. Staff, who are also expected to conduct research, shall contribute to regular submission of papers to the Journal. Financial sustainability of the Journal shall be assured by aiming at each graduate student paying for the journal. Continuing students shall also subscribe to the Journal, whereas authors who publish with this Journal shall receive a free hard copy
